Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

Chicken Pot Pie Upsized

Ingredients
4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 cans sweet corn
4 small cans Cream of Chicken Soup 4 cans peas or green beans
approx. 16 slices American cheese 10-12 med to lg potatoes
4 eggs 4 Cups Bisquick
2 Cups milk
Directions
1.) Boil the chicken breasts until cooked through.
2.) Peel and cut the potatoes. Boil the same as if you were making mashed potatoes. (Don't mash them when they're done!)
3.) Shred the chicken, spreading it evenly between two 9x13 rectangular pans.
4.) Drain the vegetables; spread 2 cans of each vegetable in each pan.
;5.) Depending on your desired cheesiness, space out the cheese in each pan.
6.) Put two cans of Cream of Chicken soup in each pan, spreading evenly.
7.) Split the potatoes evenly between the 2 pans.
8.) Mix 2 eggs, 2 cups of bisquick and 1 cup of milk in a bowl, ensuring that everything gets mixed well. Spread this over the top of one pan.
9.) Repeat step 9 for the second pan.
10.) Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until crust is a light golden brown.
